Online Team Stores & Group Orders
Stop collecting sizes on a spreadsheet. We build your group its own branded store, you share one link, and everybody orders and pays for themselves.
Anyone who has organised a group order knows the real work is not the shirts. It is the chasing — the size spreadsheet that never fills in, the people who pay in cash three weeks late, the guess on how many larges to order, and the leftover box in somebody’s garage.
An online store removes all of it. We set up a page with your approved designs and garment options, you send the link to your team, school, unit or staff, and each person picks their own size and pays at checkout. When the store closes we produce exactly what was ordered. No leftovers, no fronting money, no chasing.
- One link to share
- Everyone pays individually
- No size guessing
- No leftover stock
- Open and close on your dates
- Reopen any time
How it works
The setup is on us. Your job is to share a link.
- Tell us the designs and the garments you want offered
- We build the store and send you a preview to approve
- You share one link — email, group chat, team app, whatever you use
- Each person orders their size and pays at checkout
- The store closes on your date and we produce the order
- Pick up in one batch or have it shipped

Who it works best for
Any group where people need the same look but nobody wants to run the logistics. It is particularly good where the group is spread out or the organiser is a volunteer.
- Company staff across multiple sites or shifts
- School clubs, bands and booster groups
- Military units where families are ordering too
- Rec and travel teams with parents paying separately
- Churches and nonprofits running a volunteer order
- Any group that reorders on a cycle

Why organisers like it
- No money up front — you are not fronting the cost and collecting later.
- No size guessing — people pick their own, so fewer wrong fits.
- No leftovers — we make what was actually ordered.
- Families can order too — parents, spouses and kids buy their own.
- Reopens easily — run it again next season from the same setup.
- One point of contact — you deal with us, not thirty people.
Common questions
Good to know
How much does it cost to set up a store?
Talk to us about your group and we will explain how it works for your situation. What matters for most organisers is that they are not fronting money or holding stock — each person pays for their own order at checkout.
How long does the store stay open?
You choose the open and close dates. Two to three weeks is typical, which is long enough for people to get around to it without the momentum dying. We produce after it closes so we know exactly what to make.
Can we run it again next season?
Yes. Once a store is built the setup is reusable, so reopening for a new season, a new class or a new hire intake is straightforward. Most groups that use one once keep using it.
Can people outside the group order?
That is up to you. Some groups keep the link private to staff or team members; others share it with families and supporters, which is common for schools and units where relatives want a shirt too.
Want a store for your group?
Tell us who is ordering and what you want offered. We will build it and send you the link.
