How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day, and usually faster. If you are working to a fixed date, say so in the message and we will prioritise telling you whether it is achievable.

How do I send artwork?
Send the form first, then reply to our email with the file attached. Vector files are ideal but not required — a photo of an old shirt or a rough sketch is enough for us to work from.
