A Jacksonville Shop That Has Been Here a While

ProImage has been decorating apparel on Plaza Drive since 1999 — long enough to have printed for the same schools, units and businesses more than once.

We are a local shop, not a website with a warehouse somewhere else. Orders are quoted here, artwork is drawn here, and the printing and stitching happen here. If something is wrong you can call and speak to the person who handled it, which is not a small thing when you are the one who has to explain to a coach or a commanding officer why the shirts are not right.

Most of our work comes from people who used us before or were sent by somebody who did. That is a slower way to build a business than advertising, but it means the standard has to hold up every time — there is no second chance with a customer who was referred.

Everything under one roof

A lot of apparel companies broker the work out. We do the decorating ourselves, which means we control the quality and can tell you honestly what is possible.

It also means you are not managing three vendors for one event. Printed tees for the crowd, embroidered polos for the staff and branded drinkware for sponsors can all come from one quote and arrive together.

  • Screen printing for volume and bold designs
  • Embroidery for polos, jackets, bags and caps
  • Cap and headwear embroidery, which few shops locally will take on
  • Promotional products and event signage
  • In-house artwork — we can draw it if you do not have a file
  • Branded online stores for groups who do not want to collect sizes

Who we work with

Jacksonville is a particular kind of town, and our customer list reflects it. Units from Camp Lejeune and MCAS New River. Schools and PTO groups across Onslow County. Contractors, restaurants, churches and rec leagues.

The orders range from a dozen shirts for a club to several thousand for a district. We would rather do a small job properly than turn it away.

How we work

  • We ask questions first — what it is for often changes what you should order.
  • You approve a proof — nothing is produced until you have seen it.
  • We will talk you out of things — including a process that is wrong for the job.
  • Artwork is kept on file — reorders start from the saved setup.
  • Local pickup or shipping — whichever suits you.
  • One point of contact — you are not passed around.

Common questions

Good to know

How long has ProImage been in business?

Since 1999, at 51 Plaza Drive in Jacksonville. We have decorated apparel for a lot of the same organisations repeatedly over that time, which is the part we are most proud of.

Do you only serve Jacksonville?

Jacksonville and Onslow County are home, but we serve Eastern North Carolina generally — Camp Lejeune, MCAS New River, Richlands, Swansboro, Sneads Ferry, Havelock, New Bern and beyond. Local pickup is welcome and we ship.

Can I come in and see samples?

Yes. We are on Plaza Drive, open Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Seeing and handling a garment beats guessing from a screen, particularly if you are choosing between fabrics.
